Special Meeting of Shareholders

A special meeting of the shareholders of Crescita Therapeutics Inc. will be held on May 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (Toronto time) at 2805 Place Louis-R-Renaud, Laval, Québec to consider and to approve, with or without variation, a special resolution, the full text of which is set forth in Schedule C to the management information circular, to approve a plan of arrangement pursuant to Section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), all as more particularly described in the Circular.
